Just your average book nerd.

All you need to know about me and my site is that I began my work towards The Book Was Better in 2018 after watching a horribly-done movie based on a book, which was also disappointing. 

That experience allowed me to decide, finally, what I want to do with my life.

So, here I am in 2020, reading books, watching their on-screen counterparts and posting content about which version was better and why.

I am not an expert in any educated manor, rather I am an enthusiast with a slightly obsessive nature, perfect for paying astute attention towards plot holes and grammar missuses.

A 24 year old Canadian girl, hailing from my southern-Ontario home. I bring you the dirt on what movies / tv shows / etc. leave out when they "base" their story upon a written work. Giving my take on how this changes the story and characters and, ultimately, how it could have been done better.
